The clutch pedal is solid due to a corroded master cylinder.
On the plus side, it has a tow-bar already fitted, rolls quite happily on steel wheels with tyres that hold air and still have useable tread, and the brake pedal works.
I would have put money on finding the master cylinder solid and calipers or wheel cylinders jammed, so I'm off to a head start :)
All the dials and switches are there, and although the left door window is not attached to the winder I do have replacement channels in stock, and the door trim is in the car.
The rear window glass is broken, and the hinge pins where the hatch would normally pivot are sheared.
This is probably the most common reason for people giving up on the cars, the repair is a difficult one to contemplate.
Most people choose to cut out the entire rear roof section and glass a piece cut from another Scimitar with working hinge pins. This method is rather wasteful of Scimitars.
However, the metal strip carrying the pins has already been cut out and replaced once, with a lot of plastic padding to hold it in place.
And of course, there's all that broken glass in the back to get rid of...
